ça y est ! nous sommes allés cherché notre huile au Moulin ! pour 112 Kg récoltés, nous avons eu 19,6 litres. Pas mal pour une premiére récolte. Non ?
That's it! We picked at our oil mill! to 112 kg harvested, we had 19.6 liters. Not bad for a first harvest. No?

Il va donc falloir penser à acheter des flacons pour pouvoir offrir notre huile à nos amis, coopératives ? internet ? et puis créer des étiquettes ! à suivre...

L'OLIVERAIE EN DECEMBRE 2012
Premier rendez-vous, après la présentation le mois dernier de nos petits oliviers. La récolte des olives est, pour nous, terminée, nous allons bientôt aller chercher notre huile au Moulin.
C'est la saison du repos pour la végétation: pas grand chose à faire apparemment... Prenons un peu de temps pour préparer le printemps ! En mars il faudra commencer à tailler ( hum, je pense qu'on a du travail ! )
Première approche de la taille des oliviers :
Au sujet donc de la taille des oliviers, j'ai recherché sur internet les meilleurs articles de conseils. Après avoir lu 100 fois qu'il y a 4 sortes de tailles (de formation, esthétique, de fructification et de régénération) sans vraiment approfondir, j'ai sélectionné ces articles qui m'ont semblé les plus simples et les plus pertinents, merci à leurs auteurs, Les voilà, pour mémo, à relire le moment venu ! la liste est loin d'être exhaustive, si vous avez votre article...n'hésitez pas ! coller le lien en commentaire je me ferai un plaisir de le lire!
